Were hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a young adult in the comfort of their home.

With multiple shifts available throughout the week this opportunity is a great fit for nurses looking for flexible hours consistent shifts or a meaningful long-term case that works with their schedule.

Sundays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
Mondays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
Wednesday evenings until 11:00 PM
Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Fridays from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM

Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home
Assist with daily care needs within your nursing scope of practice
Monitor the patients safety comfort and overall well-being
Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
Communicate with the patient family and clinical support team
Complete simple real-time documentation during your shift

Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Compassionate dependable and attentive nurses
Strong communication and documentation skills
Nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care

No private duty nursing experience Thats okay! We provide paid hands-on training and ongoing clinical support to help you feel comfortable and confident in the home.
