As an RN or LPN you will provide professional nursing care while supporting residents with personal care and skill development. With low patient ratios youll have the chance to build meaningful connections and participate in enjoyable activities that enhance the lives of those we serve.

Schedule
- Variable schedule every third weekend 6a-6p. Benefit eligible PTO accrual including 8 hours of PTO front-loaded
How Youll Make an Impact
- Within the nursing scope of practice physicians orders and the residents care planmakesdecisions anddeliversa full range of nursing care based on the fundamentals of the nursing process and maintains accurate completed and timely records as defined by nursing standards of practice andChildServepolicies and procedures.
- Provides nursing oversight of the medical care delivered by RA/CMA and training toresident families and staff as needed to help advance the skills and knowledge of all people associated with a residents care delivery.
- Communicates effectively respectfully and professionally with residents physicians families school personnelChildServestaff and others to assure assigned residents care needs are assessed communicated and met. Communication style establishes and maintains positive relationships.
- Assists the residents in becoming as independent as possible in personalcares preparing meals caring for the household and other life skills areas.
- Interacts with coworkers based on mutual respect and trust and establishes and maintains positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues supervisors andChildServe.
What Youll Need
- Currentvalid license as a RN or LPN in Iowa.
- Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability tolift upto 35lbs be mobile within the clinic areas and frequently bend lift reach and stand.
- Must be willing to obtainchauffeurslicense
- Ability to communicate effectively in (or through) reading writing and speaking the English language.
