Monday-Friday; 7:30am-3:30pm to Attend School with Patient

We are seeking a compassionate nurse to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate would be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

No pediatric or private-duty nursing experience required!

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physicians care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patients condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
