Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Shift: Weekends - 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

What Youll Bring
Education
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
    (ADN Diploma or BSN)
Licensure
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license:
    • Missouri license or
    • Compact license
  • Commitment to maintaining licensure and professional standards

Certifications
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire

Additional certifications may be required based on role/unit:
ACLS PALS TNCC ENPC NRP PEARS OCN CPHON C-EFM S.T.A.B.L.E.
(We support and encourage specialty certification growth!)

Physical Requirements

This is an active hands-on role. Youll need to:

  • Lift push or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift
  • Frequently bend reach kneel and squat
