Hours Per Week: As scheduled

Hiring Range: Starting at $38.50/hourly

• Weekday evening shift - additional 10% plus $2.00 per hour
• Weekday night shift - an additional 15% plus $3.00 per hour
• Weekend day shift an additional 10%
• Weekend evening & night shifts an additional 21%

Must be able to float between all Urgent Care offices.

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as
appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Complexity of Work:

Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal
supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
