Summary

• Great opportunity in theWound/Ostomy Center at Rice Memorial Hospital!

• Under the direction of the Department Director oversees the planning implementation and evaluation of patient care delivery.

• Provides direct and indirect patient care while supervising unit staff daily operations and ancillary personnel in accordance with professional nursing standards.

• Supports departmental and organizational goals through leadership mentorship education and quality improvement initiatives.

• Partners with the Department Director to develop evaluate and maintain staff performance and clinical operations within the patient care unit.

Schedule

• 64 hours per two weeks
• Day Shift weekdays Typically 7:30AM to 4:00PM with some varied end time based on needs No weekends or holidays

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $46.52 per hour
  • Bachelors degree in nursing starting at $46.89 per hour
  • Masters in nursing starting at $49.08 per hour
• Full pay range: $46.52 - $68.74 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred but not required.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in Wound Care preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients physicians employees public and other providers.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCareemployees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromWillmar Minnesota and relocate to within 30 milesany time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
