Acting as a medical consultant mediator and resource the Throughput RN ensures that each patients journey into our system is characterized by efficiency empathy and excellencesolidifying our reputation as a leader in healthcare delivery.
This Position Is Fully Remote:

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced acute care nurse who wants to stay clinically engaged without the physical demands of bedside nursing. Our HUB nurses work remotely via phone and computer to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Position Overview:
TheEast Region Throughput Center RNserves as a clinical expert and point of contact for:
Providers and facilities initiating patient transfers or admissions to Mercy hospitals.
Assigning patients to appropriate units based on facility-specific criteria.
Staffing coordination and logistics.
Youll use EMR modules electronic scheduling systems and collaborate with care teams to ensure a seamless reliable experience for patients providers and coworkers.

What Youll Need to Succeed:
RN License Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
Experience Minimum 3 years in Telemetry or higher acuity nursing
Certifications BLS required
