Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Long Term Care setting to oversee nursing operations ensure quality patient care and support clinical staff within a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with facility policies and standards
Administer medications treatments and nursing procedures as needed
Assess patient conditions and respond to changes in health status
Coordinate care plans with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
Assist with admissions discharges and staffing coordination
Ensure compliance with infection control safety and regulatory requirements
Mentor and train nursing staff while promoting a positive work environment
Requirements:
Active RN License required
Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership communication and clinical assessment skills required
Ability to supervise staff and manage patient care operations effectively
