Job Summary

RN Must have Telemetry experience be able to read EKG strips start IV Cardiology experience. RNs in this department are responsible for performing all stress testing (plain treadmill nuclear stress and stress echocardiogram) stress testing is protocol driven Cardiologists are present for dobutamine stress echocardiogram and also available in the Heart institute for any patient related concerns. Must be able to follow protocols is also responsible for starting IVs and pushing Definity for our echocardiograms in the echo lab.
