Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Monongah WV
Shift: Variable Shifts 8-Hour 12-Hour & 16-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours per Week
Duration: 13 Weeks
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Monongah West Virginia. This role is ideal for nurses committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive long-term care environment.

The RN will provide skilled nursing services support residents daily healthcare needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents based on individualized care plans

• Administer medications treatments and IV therapies as prescribed

• Assess monitor and document residents physical and emotional conditions

• Collaborate with physicians CNAs therapists and interdisciplinary care teams

• Respond promptly to resident needs emergencies and changes in condition

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Assist with admissions transfers and discharges

• Educate residents and family members on care plans medications and treatments

• Promote resident dignity comfort safety and independence

• Follow facility policies infection control protocols and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Previous LTC SNF or nursing home experience preferred

• Current BLS certification required

• Strong assessment medication administration and patient care skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules

• Excellent communication teamwork and organizational skills

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
