Adelphi is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide standby/school-based nursing support at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support program-level nursing needs and provide care to eligible students within a designated program or health room setting.

Requirements:
Active Maryland RN license
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Pediatric school nursing or private duty nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed
Assess and triage health complaints injuries and incidents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document health conditions in MCPS health record systems
Maintain a clean safe and well-stocked health room environment
Communicate with students parents/guardians school staff and health care providers
Participate in emergency preparedness drills and protocols
Any other duties as assigned within scope
