ID: Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30); Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Description: 1-2 yrs current Acute MS/ rehab experience required. 1:5-6 BLS & AHA ACLS NIH required; must also have KY or compact required within scope of practice; every other weekend scheduling cannot be : ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census call in is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside at least 75 miles from facility to be considered; locals not accepted.
