ID: Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: 2S Med Rehab RN3x12hr NIGHTS 7p-7a; weekdays every other weekend floatUnit Description: 24 Beds. Cerebrovascular disease traumatic brain injury amputees spinal cord injuries deconditioning neurological diseasesSpecial Procedures/Unit Details: Each patient has a care team assigned to them. A physiatrist NP nurse 2 therapist (depending on need which 2 they are) and social worker. The team collaborates to create a plan for the patient. Therapy works with the pts 3 hours a day M-F. LOS is around 2 held every other week on ThursdayCerts Required: BLS (must be AHA) acute care rehab preferredRatio: Days 1:4/5 Nights 1:5/6Experience Required: 2 Years of RN Experience Required; 1 Year in-specialty Experience required; Charge exp preferredFirst-timers acceptedEvery other weekend requiredNo call requirementRN Can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs when requiredOpen to accommodating block schedule requests - discuss in interview100mi.
