RN Registered Nurse

Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living assisted living memory care and skilled nursing. As an RN here youll provide direct resident care and help lead a nursing team across a full-continuum campus.

What youll do

• Provide compassionate resident-centered nursing care
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with physicians families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote resident safety dignity and quality of life

What youll need

Required:

• Active Illinois RN license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care skilled nursing rehabilitation or senior living

Pay and benefits

• $5000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time RNs
• Full-time: $33.46-$34.04/hour
• PIB (Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits): $45.00/hour
• PRN: $43.00/hour plus applicable shift differentials

Schedule

• Day shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• PRN: on-call minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month
• Weekend and holiday rotation required for full-time roles
