Registered Nurse Psychiatric facility

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Bridgeport CT. This role offers competitive pay weekly compensation and Sign on bonus

Location: Bridgeport CT

Compensation:$70 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

24 hours/ week with opportunity to pick up shifts
Needed every Friday Saturday and Sunday
Looking for coverage for 2nd (4-12:30 AM) and 3rd shift (12:15 AM - 8:15 AM) please indicate candidate preference with bid
6 month assignment

Key responsibilities:

Document all patient interactions treatments administered and clinical interventions accurately in electronic health records.
Collaborate with psychiatrists social workers and case managers to support client recovery goals.
Respond immediately to medical or psychiatric crises using approved de-escalation and emergency protocols.
Educate clients and their families on medication adherence health management and available wellness resources.
Maintain a safe clean and compliant clinical environment according to state healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
CT RN License
CPR/BLS
