Registered Nurse Operating Room

Weekly Working Hours: Casual

Shift: 8 or 12 hour days (6:30am to 3pm or 6:30am to 7pm)

Must work 6 shifts per month (call shifts count towards your required shifts)

Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center is an acute care community hospital with 262 beds located in Columbia Maryland and part of the prestigious Johns Hopkins Health System. We combine world-class clinical excellence with compassionate patient-centered care.

At Howard County General Hospital we have 11 ORs which are a great fit for the experienced OR RN looking to work for the world-renowned Johns Hopkins our ORs we provide ortho/spine robotics and general surgeries.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
• 2 year of OR nursing experience (Preferred)

Salary Range: Minimum 37.13/hour - Maximum 57.87/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
