RN Primary Care Charlotte, NC

Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Primary Care RN in Charlotte where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Location - Charlotte NC (South Park area)
Position - RN Primary Care
Schedule - Days Monday through Friday

- 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Carry out provider-ordered treatments and administer medications
• Start IVs administer IV fluids and monitor patient responses
• Complete medication refills prior authorizations forms and electronic orders
• Triage patient calls and determine the appropriate urgency and level of care
• Direct patients to a provider urgent care or the emergency department when appropriate
• Participate in emergency response procedures when necessary
• Support Medical Assistants and help maintain efficient patient flow
• Accurately document assessments interventions and patient communication

Requirements

• 1-2 years of RN experience
• Primary Care Experience Preferred (not required)
• BLS Required
• Active North Carolina RN license (or compact)
