Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care for a teenager in Peoria during a consistent 4:00 PM11:00 PM evening shift.

This case includes TPN administration and central line care making it a great fit for an RN who wants to use their clinical skills without juggling a large patient assignment.

Central line experience is preferred but dont count yourself out if you need case-specific training. Wed still love to talk with you.

4:00 PM11:00 PM
Consistent evening hours
No overnight shift
1:1 patient assignment

Care for ONE patient throughout your shift
Utilize your RN skills with TPN and central line care
More time for focused assessments and individualized care
Build a meaningful relationship with one teenager and family

As your patients 1:1 RN youll provide the skilled nursing care they need while allowing them to remain comfortably at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

Administering and monitoring TPN as ordered
Providing central line care and monitoring
Assessing and monitoring your patients condition
Administering medications and treatments
Following the individualized plan of care
Completing required nursing documentation
Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team
Providing compassionate age-appropriate care

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong assessment and communication skills
Central line experience preferred
TPN experience preferred

Pediatric or private duty nursing experience is a plus but it isnt required to start the conversation.
