The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients ultimately improving both the workload and patient care. Nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the needs of the unit.**must have vent expMust have the following requirements: Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment BLS ACLS and NIH. If assigned to MVH this could include floating the main campus (Dayton) south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus. Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee Details: 36 Bed Neuroscience/High-Risk Respiratory An intermediate care neuroscience unit. Currently we are a mixed acuity (med surge/intermediate care) High-Risk Respiratory Unit. Neuroscience Intermediate Care Unit provides professional skilled care to a diverse patient population including cerebrovascular accident (CVA) transient ischemic attack (TIA) seizures and neuro. SE 10 is currently a high-risk respiratory unit and will return to a neuro intermediate care unit when the MVH COVID number of patients decreases. SE 10 nurses are responsible for staffing the 36 HRRU/Covid beds and floating to the Neuro ICU. SE 10 staff are assigned appropriate patients within the Neuro ICU and are assigned a buddy. Use heated high flow bipaps Navy Blue ScrubsRTORequest RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Managers discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
