Lock should be provided by traveler RTO- always will be a weekend committmentWill allow 1 week request 1 weekend and 1 holiday. Refusal to do so is grounds for a traveler to be cancelled if the manager decides. RTO: 5 days or less preferred must be included with submission License: must have license prior to start Local travelers accepted at Local BR.
