Job Summary
St. Peters Health Partners (Trinity Health) is hiring an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead the Burdett Birthing Centera top regional maternity program.

What Youll Do
Full-time - Days
Manage staff hiring performance & engagement
Oversee daily operations staffing & patient flow
Drive quality safety and patient satisfaction
Partner with OB/GYNs midwives & leadership
Qualifications
RN License in NY
BSN required (MSN preferred)
3 years Labor & Delivery experience
13 years leadership experience (Charge RN Supervisor or Manager)
C-EFM certification required
Pay Range: $54.00-$71.31hrEXEMPT
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
