Please Note: This is a Registered Nurse (RN) leadership position. We are specifically seeking experienced RNs who are passionate about home care clinical leadership staff development and care management.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct nursing assessments in BethlehemPAand surrounding areas.
- You will develop manage and oversee client care plans while coordinating communication between clients families caregivers clinicians and office staff.
- You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to Home Health Aides and field staff to ensure exceptional quality of care.
- You will serve as a mentor and resource for caregivers helping them develop professionally while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- You will facilitate orientation and onboarding for new Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- You will participate in training coaching competency development and in-service education programs for field staff.
- You will collaborate with office leadership to support staffing decisions client satisfaction employee engagement and quality improvement initiatives.
- You will maintain compliance with company policies state regulations and industry best practices.
- You will develop leadership skills that position you for future advancement opportunities within BAYADA.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
- Home Care Home Health Hospice Private Duty Case Management or Community Health experience preferred.
- Supervisory Charge Nurse Clinical Lead Preceptor or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
- Strong assessment care planning and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership abilities.
- Passion for developing caregivers and supporting teams.
- Desire to grow within a leadership-focused nursing role.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate high-quality care in the home setting.

Competitive Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $85000/year depending on qualifications
