$33.71/hr 5 Years Experience

Differentials:
Night Differential: $4.25/hr
Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Neurology RN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gainesville FL.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts while identifying and reporting status changes
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses appropriately
• Perform procedures monitoring and nursing interventions as ordered by providers
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the medical record
• Educate patients families and caregivers regarding treatment plans medications and follow-up care
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while proactively addressing patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards safety protocols and hospital policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• Previous Neurology or Acute Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
