Shift & Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Clinic for an exciting opportunity in Wrangell AK.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical nursing care in an outpatient ambulatory setting
  • Collaborate with providers clinic staff and management to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Support efficient clinic operations and patient flow coordination
  • Maintain medication inventory and clinic supplies
  • Perform and document Point of Care testing quality control checks
  • Accurately document patient care and nursing services
  • Assist providers and anticipate clinical needs to support efficient patient care delivery
  • Coordinate clinic opening and closing procedures
  • Communicate effectively across departments to support patient care coordination
  • Maintain a clean safe and organized clinical environment
  • Participate in staff meetings continuing education and quality initiatives
  • Adhere to infection control policies and organizational standards

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • BLS certification (AHA) required
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and nursing process knowledge
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with computers and medical documentation systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
