Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN Manager Specialty Services to lead operations within a busy outpatient specialty clinic. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations staffing patient flow quality initiatives and regulatory compliance while promoting a culture centered on teamwork safety and exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with ambulatory care experience and a passion for improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership mentorship and support to outpatient specialty clinic staff
- Optimize clinic workflows patient access and operational performance
- Partner with interdisciplinary leadership teams to improve scheduling and referral processes
- Monitor quality metrics and enhance patient satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory accreditation and organizational standards
- Support hiring onboarding training and staff development initiatives
- Maintain staff competencies certifications and clinic readiness
- Foster a collaborative patient-focused care environment
- Active RN license (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of ambulatory care experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Active BLS certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
