Location: Vestal New York
Schedule: Mid Shift 40 Hours per Week (5x8s) 16 Weeks
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM 10:45 PM

A long-term care facility in Vestal New York is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 16-week contract assignment. The role involves providing direct patient care in an LTC setting supporting resident health needs and ensuring safe high-quality nursing care.
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for care planning
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to care standards
- Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Active New York RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year LTC experience preferred (rehab med-surg or hospital experience also considered)
- Strong clinical and patient care skills required
- Ability to work mid shift schedule required
