Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Beulah ND
Shift: Variable Days/Evenings 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Duration: 13 Weeks
Facility Type: Long Term Care / Nursing Home

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Beulah North Dakota. This role is ideal for nurses dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive long-term care environment.

The RN will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive safe respectful and consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents based on individualized care plans

• Administer medications treatments and IV therapies as prescribed

• Monitor and assess residents physical and emotional conditions and report changes

• Collaborate with physicians CNAs therapists and interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical observations

• Assist with admissions discharges and care transitions

• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence

• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions

• Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatments

• Ensure compliance with facility policies infection control standards and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Previous LTC SNF or nursing home experience preferred

• Current BLS certification required

• Strong medication administration and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Compassionate patient-focused approach to care

• Strong communication time management and critical thinking skills

• Flexibility to work variable day and evening shifts
