Job Title: Registered Nurse LTC(Night Shift)

Pay Rate: $40 to $46/hour (Based on experience)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Nights Hours: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM Schedule: 3 shifts/week every other weekend Hours/Week: 36

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse - LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents overnight following established care plans.
• Administer medications monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies.
• Document care accurately in PCC charting system.
• Collaborate with CNAs and fellow nursing staff to ensure safe resident care.
• Participate in facility orientation competency training and shadowing as required.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• LTC or nursing home experience preferred.
• Strong communication observation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work night 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
