Job Title: RN - Long Term Care (Locals Only)
Location: Bloomfield NM
Type: Contract 6 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift 5:00 PM 5:30 AM 36 Hours/Week Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN - Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bloomfield NM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor assess and document resident conditions and responses to care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
• Support resident safety comfort and overall well-being

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN License required
• Current BLS/CPR Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience preferred
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation or Skilled Nursing settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of EMR/documentation systems preferred
• Understanding of infection control medication administration and patient safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
