Job Summary and Responsibilities

This position is eligible for up to a $10000 sign-on bonus AND up to$24000 Student Loan Assistance

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Performs triage by assessing patients health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms health or pain and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs.
  • Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards policies procedures and protocol.
  • Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel supplies and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs.
  • Works collaboratively with providers to provide exceptional care.
  • Administers medications IV therapy and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provides patient and family education.
Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: KY upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 Days and
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 - months
  • BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026 all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.
