What Youll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
• Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate care

What Were Looking For

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing (required)
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work the evening shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM) including weekends and holidays as needed
