As our Medical Surgical Lead Registered Nurse you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities:
- Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required.
- Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)
- Assists director with department charge reconciliation.
- Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN.
- Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN.
- Assists with payroll functions as needed.
We are offering a $20000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
- Bachelors Of Nursing Degree (BSN) and one (1) year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson
- Registered Nurse License: North Dakota
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 Days
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 Days
Preferred
- Charge Nurse experience
