About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced RN to join an Obstetrics team in Santa Rosa California. This is a full-time role with 12-hour day and night shift opportunities.
This position is ideal for a nurse with at least one year of Labor and Delivery or Obstetrics experience in an acute care hospital setting. You will support mothers newborns and families during one of the most meaningful moments in their lives while working as part of a collaborative patient-centered nursing team.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide compassionate Obstetrics and Labor and Delivery nursing care in an acute care hospital setting
Support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
Apply clinical judgment communication and specialty nursing skills in a fast-paced care environment
Partner with physicians advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe coordinated care
Monitor patient status respond to changes and support evidence-based nursing interventions
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies procedures and regulatory standards
Contribute to a culture focused on safety respect teamwork and exceptional patient experience

Requirements
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Active California Registered Nurse license or ability to obtain upon hire
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Current NRP certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics
Minimum of one year of nursing experience
Minimum of one year of Labor and Delivery RN experience in an acute care hospital setting strongly preferred
Ability to work full-time 12-hour day or night shifts
