ID: Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00); Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00) Description: Mon-Fri 8hr days0630-1500 if not on call0730 -1600 on callACLS/BLS***On call needed (can be further discussed for amount taken)CT cases Biopsys chest tubes placement lung liver kidney biopsies CTAs nerve plexus blocks abscess drains bone marrow bxs sedation competent/monitoring circulating cases for vascular and IR (Angiograms peripheral/mesenteric of all kinds venogram fistulagrams vas cath placement cholangiograms chole tube placement IVC Filter Nephrostomy Tube Placement any IR procedure that involves any organ expect the heart. Knowledgeable about preprocedural paper work requirements H&P Consent orders labs etc prior to starting a case*** Not required to scrub cases..... only circulate as a nurseNo locals - would prefer travel experience.
