Registered Nurse (RN) Inpatient Care Travel Contract

Location: Cincinnati OH

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days or Nights Available 12-Hour Shifts

Hours: 36 Hours Guaranteed

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical psychosocial spiritual and educational assessments.

• Identify safety risks and report changes in patient conditions promptly.

• Develop and prioritize individualized patient care plans.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning.

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.

• Provide patient and family education.

• Respond effectively to emergency situations.

• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.

• Participate in shift reports and structured handoff communications.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or valid Compact/Multi-State License.

• Diploma of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).

• Experience working in culturally diverse healthcare settings.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

• Strong communication critical thinking and patient care skills.

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
