Job Summary
The Opportunity:
We are hiring a full-time RN for our Infusion Clinic Float Pool team. This is a day shift position.
This position will float between all of our 4 main locations. These locations are at the Plaza Lees Summit North Kansas City and Overland Park.
The Work:
- In hospital setting accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
- Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
- Strong time management teamwork communication and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position.
- Previous experience with infusion strongly preferred.
