The Johns Hopkins Hospital Cardiovascular Thoracic Operating Room features six state-of-the-art surgical suites equipped with advanced robotics technology. Registered Nurses in this area provide both scrub and circulating responsibilities for complex adult cardiac and vascular procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting valve repair or replacement aortic dissection repair heart and lung transplantation mechanical circulatory device implantation and robotic-assisted surgeries. This dynamic environment offers the opportunity to care for high-acuity patients undergoing life-saving procedures.

- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- 1 or more year(s) of OR experience required
Applicants with an Associates degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
