The facility is willing to consider travelers without this experience but 10 additional hrs of unbillable orientation hrs will be added to the contract if the traveler does not meet this requirement. #Tier2 Travel Compliance Submittal Requirements SSN and DOB required at time of submission. Minimum of 2 years of experience required unless otherwise stated in the job description. Active compact or TN license required at time of submission. Two supervisory references are required at time of submission. All certifications listed in the job description must be in hand at time of submission (copies not required). Epic experience within the past 12 months is required and must be clearly documented on the candidate s profile including where Epic was utilized.
