Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for a night shift assignment in Ganado Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can oversee nursing operations support staff and ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The House Supervisor RN will coordinate patient flow respond to emergencies and provide leadership and operational support during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations during night shifts

• Coordinate patient flow staffing assignments and unit support activities

• Respond to emergencies escalations and critical patient care situations

• Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and patient safety standards

• Support nursing staff with clinical guidance and operational decision-making

• Collaborate with physicians department leaders and interdisciplinary care teams

• Monitor staffing coverage and assist with workflow coordination

• Maintain accurate communication and documentation regarding shift operations

• Promote a safe professional and patient-focused care environment

• Assist with conflict resolution and problem-solving as needed

Requirements

• Active RN License required

• Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred

• Current BLS Certification required

• ACLS Certification required

• Strong communication leadership and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Experience in Med Tele or acute care settings preferred

• Ability to respond confidently to emergencies and operational challenges
