RN HOME HEALTH - FULL-TIME 32 HOURS

Position Summary
North Hill a not-for-profit senior living community is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized care to residents in our on-campus Home Health program. Deliver home healthstyle services without extensive travel all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in independent living
- Manage daily caseload and complete timely documentation
- Communicate with residents families and care teams
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (in good standing)
- 2 years of RN experience (home health preferred)
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently

Pay Range: $39.50-$48/hour
