Scheduled Weekly Hours:

• Casual position with no regular schedule
• Competitive pay range of$38.96 to $58.72 per hour based on experience
• Casual incentive pay
• Provide compassionate medical-surgical nursing care in a rural hospital setting
• Must have a valid Wisconsin RN license BLS and ACLS

• Collaborate with patients families and the care team to develop and implement patient-centered plans of care.
• Provide competent nursing care and education based on patient acuity and clinical judgment.
• Document assessments interventions patient responses and plan-of-care updates accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement evidence-based practice shared governance and ongoing learning.
• Support education of nursing colleagues and students.

• Current valid Wisconsin RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong assessment prioritization and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care safety and teamwork
• Ability to collaborate delegate appropriately and support a culture of caring
