Job Summary
Schedule: Monday-Friday. Start time varies between 7-8am and end time between 5-5:30pm. Flexible opportunity for four 10s or five 8s.
Hiring rate starts at $37.68/hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
In this position you will:
Provide professional compassionate evidence-basednursing care for patients.
Provide care based on thenursing process;assistpatients in treating illness andmaintaininghealth.
Apply assessment skills and provide professionalnursing care delivery that promotes patientsoptimalhealth and independence.
Educate patients and familiesinhealthcare issues.
Act aspatientadvocate.
Facilitatecommunicationsbetweenproviderand community-based healthcare programs.
Develop andvalidateknowledge and skills
Required qualifications for this position include:
Active unencumbered WashingtonRNlicense and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) for Health Care Provider certification at time of hire.
Relevant training and certifications applicable to the position.
Act as a mentor role model and resource for co-workers.
Be dedicated to meeting the expectations of patients and co-workers.
Interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations whilemaintainingtact and diplomacy.
Work independently whilefunctioningas a team member.
Organize and prioritize workflow.
Must have reliable and predictable attendance.

Pay Range:
