Shift & Schedule:Nights Days Mixed Evenings Rotating Weekends

Compensation
$32.33/hr (09 Years Experience)
$40.41/hr (1019 Years Experience)
$48.50/hr (20 Years Experience)
Sign-On Bonus:$15000 with 2-year commitment

Shift Differentials:
Night Shift: $3.00/hr
Weekend Days: $3.00/hr
Weekend Nights: $7.00/hr

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Emergency Room for an exciting Travel or Local job in Salem VA.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Triage assess and treat emergency room patients of all ages
Provide direct patient care for acute and critical cases
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to emergencies
Manage multiple patient cases while prioritizing based on acuity
Administer medications IV therapy and emergency treatments safely
Collaborate with physicians specialists and healthcare staff on care plans
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
Ensure compliance with hospital policies infection control and patient safety standards
Coordinate admissions transfers and referrals as needed

Requirements:
Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required
BSN or current BSN enrollment preferred
Current Virginia RN license or Compact RN license required
AHA BLS Certification required
Minimum 1 year of ER RN experience in acute care preferred
Med-Surg candidates may be considered for Night Shift cross-training
