Job Title: RN Emergency Department (ED)
Location: Cincinnati OH
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
- Day Shift 3x12 Hours
- 07:00 AM 07:00 PM
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced high-acuity acute care environment in Cincinnati OH. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking abilities excellent communication skills and experience caring for adult cardiac and complex internal medicine patients.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department
- Provide age-specific and culturally competent nursing care
- Monitor and respond appropriately to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians nurses physician assistants trauma teams and social workers
- Communicate effectively during patient handoffs and care transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans
- Follow professional nursing standards policies and safety protocols
- Maintain a safe and efficient patient care environment
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License required
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing required
- BLS Certification (AHA) required
- ACLS Certification (AHA) required
- PALS Certification (AHA) required
- Previous Emergency Department experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care setting
