Position Highlights

Full-Time; 72 hours bi-weekly
SUMMARY:
The RN in this position answers patient phone calls coordinates chronic care and immunization programs and supports nursing staff with daily activities.
In addition it is expected that this individual provide care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards in a manner that reflects St. Michaels Hospital Avera (SMHA) standard of quality patient/resident care and commitment to Service Excellence.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates patient care and delegates activities to other health care team members.
QUALIFICATIONS Registered Nurse.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of a nursing education program. Prefer 6-12 months experience.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
Must have current RN licensure in the state of SD or multi-state privilege to practice in SD if residing in a compact state outside of SD. Current CPR certification or completion upon next available program.
