RN

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care at Manning CI in Columbia SC. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs administering medications and treatments monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and procedures.

• Assess monitor and document patients health conditions and progress.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

• Respond appropriately to changes in patients conditions and emergencies.

• Follow facility policies safety procedures and infection-control standards.

• Provide patient education and support as needed.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.

• Current BLS certification preferred/required as applicable.

• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.

• Strong assessment communication and patient-care skills.
