RN- Clinical Manager (OR)

Facility: Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital
Salary Range:$42.00 $64.00/ HR
Schedule: Full-Time Split/Evening Shift
Shift: 2:00 PM10:00 PM or 1:00 PM9:00 PM depending on need
Department: Operating Room / Surgical Services

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager II Operating Room RN to provide leadership and oversight for daily operations within the surgical services department. This role is responsible for managing staff supporting quality patient care ensuring adequate staffing and collaborating with physicians leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

• Manage daily operations of the Operating Room department.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate scheduling and coverage.
• Supervise mentor and develop departmental staff.
• Collaborate with physicians leadership business partners and interdisciplinary teams.

• Active Texas RN license or active compact/multistate RN license with no stipulations or disciplinary actions.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room acute care experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of current OR management experience such as Supervisor Assistant Clinical Manager Clinical Manager or Director.
• Must have accurate and updated resume with correct job history dates and units worked.
• Must be able to work full-time evening/night shift as required.
