Intuitive Health and Deaconess are launching a new FreeâStanding Emergency Room in Evansville bringing fast highâquality care to the TriâState. Were seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations develop highâperforming teams and deliver exceptional patient care.

This role is ideal for RN leaders with emergency department experience strong clinical operations management skills and a passion for team development patient experience and quality outcomes.

Employment Information: This position supports the DeaconessIntuitive Health Emergency Room and Urgent Care partnership; however the selected candidate will be employed directly by Intuitive Health and will be eligible for Intuitive Health compensation and benefits programs.

Role Overview

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical staff leadership workflow optimization patient experience and regulatory compliance. Youll partner closely with Deaconess and Intuitive Health leadership to ensure seamless ER/Urgent Care operations.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

• Clinical team leadership for nonâphysician staff

• Emergency department workflow oversight

• Recruiting onboarding and training clinical staff

• Staff scheduling workforce planning

• Quality assurance performance improvement

• Patient experience management

• Regulatory accreditation compliance

• Cross-functional collaboration with Program Director Medical Director and Deaconess leadership

Required Qualifications

• BSN required
• Active RN license (state of practice)
• 5 years nursing experience
• 2 years ED leadership or charge nurse experience
• Current ACLS PALS/ENPC
• Strong communication coaching and relationshipâbuilding skills
• Ability to lead teams in fastâpaced highâvolume environments
