RN Clinical Manager

Are you a compassionate and experienced RN with a passion for leadership and quality care Northeast Arc-Clinical Services is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and support our dedicated clinical team. This is a dynamic role for a skilled clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes at home.

This position is On Site-Danvers MA.

Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow managers to optimize staffing and patient care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources families and physicians.
• Oversee clinical documentation care plans and assessments (OASIS 485s etc.).
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and staff education.
• Provide on-call support and respond to incidents and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed RN in Massachusetts with 3 years of nursing experience familiar with Continuous Skill Nursing (private duty nursing).
• Proven leadership or case management experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and software applications.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally.
