RN Clinical Director Hospice

A leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to guide a hospice clinical team and support highquality patient care. This role oversees daytoday clinical operations mentors staff and ensures care delivery meets regulatory and organizational standards.

• Coordinate patient care delivery: Oversee daily clinical activities and ensure services follow hospice protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Support and develop clinical staff: Provide coaching guidance and ongoing feedback to nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Review documentation and compliance: Monitor records for accuracy completeness and adherence to state federal and accreditation standards.
• Assist with training and onboarding: Help design and deliver orientation and continuing education for clinical personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations: Assess staff performance offer constructive direction and support professional growth.
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions: Facilitate team meetings focused on patient and family care planning problemsolving and collaboration.

• Active RN license in CA
• BSN preferred
• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience in hospice home health or community health
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong skills in symptom management crisis response and family support
• Ability to lead with empathy and clear communication
• EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification
• Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation
